Dear Guests!
We are pleased to announce that Stadion Unifit Fitness & Gym Center will reopen on May 4, 2020 and provide an opportunity for those who want to strengthen their immune system through sports as part of a healthy workout.
We created a special Unifit –SET immune system booster program in collaboration with the Department of Sports Medicine of University of Debrecen and the Institute of Sports Science.
Our guests in the program will receive an easy-to-understand guide to lifestyle and dietary supplement recommendations that can help prevent viral infection.
Unifit coaches offer our guests training methods that based on their nature and intensity have an immune-boosting effect. The latter also include cardio and resistance (weightlifting) workouts, the intensity and form of which according to literature data, reduce susceptibility to infectious diseases.
In the current situation we provide the program to our guests under the guidance of Unifit fitness coaches. (We will upload a separate article about this, or ask coaches for more information).
Of course, we have taken additional safety measures in the recent past so that our guests can do sports in an even safer environment with us given the current epidemic situation.
We paid special attention to fine-tuning Unifit’s special air handling system with the help of the Institute of Infectious Diseases of the University of Debrecen to set up a negative pressure ventilation system that handles and provides clean and virus-free air for Unifit sports sections.
Thanks to the Unifit’s modern mechanical equipment it is able to provide the air exchange that makes sports in the facility especially safer.
In addition the possibility of disinfecting hands and equipment is available at several points and by developing intermittent access we ensure that all our guests keep the right distance from each other on arrival and during training sessions.
The number of people staying in the Unifit at the same time has been maximized according to the size of the facility in order to create the possibility of safe sports.
Until further measures are taken the use of showers will not be possible on the proposal of the Institute of Infectious Diseases of the University of Debrecen for the even greater safety of all of us.
Pass extension gift:
We give 15 days as a gift to all our fitness guests who had a valid pass on March 17, 2020.
On May 4, 2020 the reopening day we will reactivate all passes and in addition to the validity (with the number of days were left from your pass on the closing day) we will give an extra 15 days as a gift to our guests who have used the fitness service so far to help with healthy training in view of the epidemiological situation.
IMPORTANT OTHER INFORMATION:
Your health and safety is paramount for us so the Stadion Unifit Fitness & gym Center enforces the following emergency entry rules due to the Covid-19 epidemic which apply without exception to anyone wishing to use the facility’s services. By logging in the user accepts the login and user policy which includes the following:
1. When entering, it is mandatory for EVERYONE to use the hand sanitizer!
2. Use of your own towels and slippers is STILL mandatory!
3. It is mandatory to keep the distance from each other specified in the government measures!
4. The gym can only be visited by a healthy person!
5. Before and after using the machine and equipment, please disinfect the used tool / machine!Personal hygiene regulations must be observed!
6. We reserve the right to limit the number of people staying at the same time, taking into account the epidemiological situation!
7. The possibility of using showers is not ensured by the special proposal of the Institute of Infectious Diseases of the University of Debrecen – until further action – so that we can operate as a safe facility.
We also RECOMMEND:
Use training gloves / rubber gloves / face mask during training!
