Hi everyone!
My name is Dániel Nagy, a bodybuilding-fitness coach and a student at the University of
Debrecen, majoring in Physical Education.
Over the years, I've developed a passion for
several sports. My childhood was mainly defined by 9 years of gymnastics, but later on, I also
played table tennis and volleyball. During university, I was coach for 2 years in the
gymnastics department of DEAC, but I felt more interested in personal training. I've been
engaged in weight training since 2017, and I believe that with personalized, planned, and
guided workouts, we can achieve harmonic physical health, whether it's about losing weight,
strengthening, or gaining muscle mass. As a future therapeutic exercise instructor, I find it
crucial to maintain or restore the muscle balance to prevent musculoskeletal issues, especially
in today's sedentary lifestyle.
I've completed several additional educations (movement development and stabilization core
training, SMR rolling, and I even made research on the latter at the university), which allow
you to participate in scientifically backed workouts that complement the sport of
bodybuilding.
